  23. 1 tsp cumin powder
  24. 1 tsp tumeric
  25. 1 tsp garam masala

  27. 10 gram butter
  28. 1 tbsp cream

Instructions to make to make Red Velvet Kofta

  1. To start of making the kofta mix all ingredients together.
  2. Place the mixture on the palm of your hands and press down making the mixture flat.
  3. Add the mava inside and wrap around forming a triangle kofta shape.
  4. Moving on to the spinach curry in a pan add 1/5 oil and let it warm up.
  5. First add the onions and let them cook until golden brown.
  6. Next add the ginger garlic paste and sauté for a few mins.
  7. Start adding the rest of the dry ingredients one by one and mix well.
  8. Add the spinach paste and mix well. Cook for 15 mins.
  9. After add the butter and cream and mix well.
  10. To finish off add the kofta inside the curry and serve while hot.
