- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp Kasoori methi - 1/4 tsp
- 1/4 tsp Sugar
- As needed Oil
- As needed Coriander leaves - to garnish Fresh cream to garnish
Instructions to make to make Kofta Curry
- For Koftas : Take a bowl. Mix all ingredients. Bind it properly.

- Now grease your hands and take little portion and make oval shape.
- Fry on medium hot oil till golden brown in colour.
Keep aside. - For Gravy : In a pan heat oil. Put jeera and all khada masala. Stir for a min.
- Add GGC paste. Saute it. Add onion paste.
- Cook till pinkish colour to remove it's rawness. Add tomato puree.
- Mix well and cook till oil separates. Add curd, fresh cream and kaju paste. Mix well.

- Add all dry spices and sugar. Mix it and add required amount of water.
- Cover and cook till oil separates.
Now take a serving bowl. - Put gravy and arrange Koftas over it and garnish it with coriander leaves and fresh cream.
- Serve hot with Tandoori roti/ chappati.
