- 1/2 bowl chanadaal
- 1/2 bowl boiled corn
Instructions to make to make Daal palak with corn
- First cut the spinach in small size.and cut the radish leaves also.
- Wash with water four times and drain the water.
- Take a presser cooker and pour the spinach,chana daal and radish leaves and green chilli.close the lid and put on the gas.
- Now cook for 15 minutes on the slow flame.
- Now cooldown the spinach of room temp.
- Now take a pan and add ghee put onthe gas.now add onion paste,saute as well till the brown.
- Now add ginger garlic paste saute as well and add tomato puri cook for five minutes.
- Now add all dry masalas and cook five minutes and stir as well.
- Now grind the spinach with grinder or hand mixture.
- Now pour the spinach paste in gravey and cook for ten minutes.
- After ten minutes switch off the gas.
- Serve hot palak with tandoori roti and garnish with corn and cream.
